Anthony D. Kruglinski

Railroad Financial's President and CEO is an attorney who has been a banker and lessor as well as a “brakeman” on the Penn Central Railroad. Prior to forming Railroad Financial Corporation in 1989, Tony managed the Surface Transportation Division of Irving Trust Company. For nearly 20 years he has also served as financial editor of Railway Age magazine, the oldest and largest North American periodical devoted to the rail industry, in which he writes a monthly column entitled “The Financial Edge”. As Chairman of Rail Equipment Finance for 23 years, Tony has sought to organize and continually refine the rail industry's top “briefing” on rail equipment and rail finance. As president of Railroad Financial Corporation, Tony specializes in developing unique financial solutions to client needs worldwide. As a principal in Locomotive Residual Management, Tony brings his skills as an equipment and finance professional to the management of over 1,000 leased locomotives.
