Paul Weyandt

Paul J. Weyandt — is currently the Senior Vice President - Finance and Treasurer of The Kansas City Southern Railway Company.  He has served in this capacity since April 2005. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of KCS and KCSR from September 2001 until March 2005. Before joining KCS, Mr. Weyandt was a consultant to the Structured Finance Group of GE Capital Corporation from May 2001 to September 2001. Prior to consulting, Mr. Weyandt spent 23 years with BNSF Railway, most recently as Assistant Vice President Finance and Assistant Treasurer.  His career includes over 20 years of experience financing locomotives and railcars using various financial structures including public, private and foreign debt, and single investor, leveraged and cross-border leases.
