Thomas Pawlicki

Thomas Pawlicki is a Director of the Asset Finance Group at Citirail. He joined them in 1996 and is responsible for the growth, management, remarketing and divestiture on Citirail's eclectic fleet of approximately 10,000 freight cars and 300 locomotives. He also holds the titles of Senior Vice President-Citicorp Railmark, Inc. and Senior Vice President-Citicorp USA, Inc. Between 1972-85 Tom worked at Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad/SOO Line in the areas of Budget & Administration, Car Management & Productivity and Equipment Planning. From 1985-1996 he worked for Macdonald & Co. as Vice President and Agent Broker on Rail Fleet Size, Retention & Financing Equipment Acquisitions.
