Conference Policies
- Full refunds are available for all cancellations received in writing (by letter, fax, or e-mail) by February 22, 2010. No refunds will be given for cancellations after February 22, 2010.
- Railroad Financial Corporation reserves the right to cancel a conference or seminar should circumstances so dictate; our liability in such cases will be limited to a full registration fee refund.
- The conference schedule is subject to change without notice.
- Railroad Financial Corporation reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or individuals.
- By registering, you authorize the use of your name and affiliation in connection with REF's Attendee Lists and in promotional materials.
- To keep registration fees as low as possible, REF has negotiated a $20 F&B credit from La Quinta for each room night. If you plan to attend REF and not stay at La Quinta Resort, you authorize REF to charge your credit card for the $20 per day F&B credit.
